General Terms and Conditions
SwissPropTech is the independent innovation and startup community for the Swiss Real Estate and Construction industry.

SwissPropTech operates different membership programs for startup and established companies.

SwissPropTech members are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Logo and name presence of online platform, exhibitions, events or in Swiss media
  • Networking opportunities and knowledge transfer through events and between members
  • Increased market transparency through online platforms, content and the creation of academic papers

Offers free of charge and membership benefits can be found on our website and in our yearly agenda.

Each membership (excl. startup membership) yields two tickets for our networking events (two tickets per event).

The minimum duration of our memberships is 12 months. The membership is automatically renewed if not cancelled three months in advance of the current membership year. Resignations must be submitted in writing.

Note on data protection
As an industry network we strive for a transparent real estate market. For this reason we publish information about the Swiss real estate market and its market players. If you have signed up for one of our databases, you may find information about yourself or your company in it. SwissPropTech administers this data with the utmost care.

We regularly inform you about news from the Swiss PropTech scene. To inform you, we use a variety of communication channels. We try to compromise this information as much as possible for the most convenience of our readers. As a member of SwissPropTech you agree to be contacted this way. You can always resign from our community and its services. We strive to handle your data with the utmost care.

Members are aware that SwissPropTech will record essential information for administrative purposes.

By means of first payment SwissPropTech members acknowledge the general terms and conditions of SwissPropTech.

Court of jurisdiction is the headquarters of SwissPropTech GmbH.
